Burton Landau
FOUNDING PARTNER
Burton F. Landau, Esq., MBA, is a Founding Partner of South Florida Law PLLC. He is qualified to practice law in the State of Florida. Mr. Landau is committed to assisting and protecting his clients vigorously and competently in various areas of law.
Prior to founding South Florida Law, Mr. Landau was involved in forming and running other successful businesses, and carries over that knowledge to help handle different types of disputes for his clients, both in the legal field, as well as the boardroom.
Mr. Landau prides himself on diligence, attentiveness and responsiveness with any and all types of clients, ranging from large Associations to individual clients needing representation and advice.
Mr. Landau is well versed in the aspects of Real Estate Law, Homeowners/Condominium Associations, Business & Commercial Transactions, Personal Injury, Construction Litigation & Contract disputes.
After receiving his undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2008, Mr. Landau continued his education and graduated Cum Laude with a Master’s in Business Administration from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in 2010. Immediately thereafter, earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2013, with multiple Dean’s List Achievements.

Nima Ajabshir
CO-FOUNDING PARTNER
Nima Ajabshir, Esq. is a Co-Founding Partner at South Florida Law, with an emphasis in Real Estate Law. Mr. Ajabshir expertise is primarily centered around representation of real estate transactions both commercial and residential. In connection with the acquisition, financing and sale of real property and all matters that involve title insurance, contract review, and other issues related to the sale and purchase of real estate. Mr. Ajabshir has extensive experience in representing a wide variety of clients in their efforts to achieve their goals in real estate, including; drafting commercial leases, representing developers, representing sellers with seller financing transactions, and representing hard money lenders.
Mr. Ajabshir has successfully represented many foreign high net worth investors looking to acquire or sell their real property in the United States and has overseen and been involved in over 500 real estate transactions in his time at the firm. Mr. Ajabshir prides himself on zealously fighting for his client’s rights while having the understanding that the goal is to work towards getting deals done.
Mr. Ajabshir received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida State University, where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Ajabshir attended and received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.

Jared K. Newman
MANAGING PARTNER
Jared K. Newman Esq. is the Managing Partner of the Personal Injury division at South Florida Law, PLLC. Mr. Newman is an experienced civil litigation attorney who has dedicated his practice to representing those injured while driving, walking, at work or elsewhere due to the negligence of others.
He is an experienced advocate for his clients against insurance companies that refuse to pay fair and just compensation for the injuries caused by their insureds. His expertise in litigation rounds out the capabilities that form the personal injury practice area of the firm.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, he received his bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Mr. Newman has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2010.

Frank DelloRusso
MANAGING PARTNER
Frank DelloRusso, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the firm’s construction defect and product liability department. Mr. DelloRusso has extensive experience in both state and federal courts and focuses on all aspects of construction defect, product liability, general liability, and commercial litigation. Mr. DelloRusso is well versed in handling complex multi-party litigation. Mr. DelloRusso defends general contractors, developers, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers and design professionals in complex construction defect litigation, and products liability cases in civil, federal and arbitration venues. His construction practice has involved residential and commercial projects ranging in value from $10,000 to $30 million.
In addition, he has vast experience in general commercial litigation and business matters, including contracts law. His experience, in a number of related areas, combined with his thorough and meticulous approach to each and every client’s needs, make him a knowledgeable and steadfast advocate and counselor that his clients find not only beneficial, but also essential.
Mr. DelloRusso graduated from the University of Tampa (magna cum laude) with a degree in Criminology and Philosophy in 2011. Mr. DelloRusso earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law (magna cum laude) in 2014. While in law school, Frank was the Vice President of the Federal Bar Association of St. Thomas University Student Division, a member of the Peter T. Fay American Inn of Court, and a member of the Rosemary Barkett Inn of Court. He also was a Research Assistant for Dean John F. Hernandez and an Active Learning Instructor for Property.
