South Florida Law, PLLC is seeking a 1-5 year litigation attorney to work in commercial litigation matters. As an associate litigation attorney with South Florida Law, successful candidates will be responsible for handling active caseloads, drafting pleadings and motions, and attend hearings and depositions. This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, sound judgement, and must be forward-thinking, able to multitask, and prepared to take cases forward with proper case strategy. Requirements:

• Member of Florida Bar.
• Able to thrive under time pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great people and time management skills.
• Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective written and spoken communicator in English.
• Bilingual (including professional-grade Spanish, Creole, Russian or Portuguese) preferred, though not required.
