José M. Diemer

Associate Attorney

José M. Diemer, Esq.  is an Associate Attorney working in the firm’s commercial litigation department.  Mr. Diemer specializes in contract disputes, including construction defects, investment & business disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate disputes, and other property-related matters throughout the State of Florida.

 Mr. Diemer was raised in South Carolina and has dedicated his career to seeking justice and due compensation for those who have been damaged in their contractual dealings. His legal knowledge and abilities allow him to passionately advocate on behalf of his clients to properly compensate for their injuries.  Mr. Diemer prides himself on attention to detail, dedication, and responsiveness to his clients.

Mr. Diemer received his bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Florida in 2018. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2022. During law school, he was a member of the International Moot Court Team for the 2020-2021 term participating in the International Criminal Court competition. Mr. Diemer also participated in the Litigation Skills program as both a student and volunteer. Mr. Diemer began his legal career litigating primarily first-party property insurance disputes, where he advocated for just compensation and recovery for residential and commercial property owners.
