Niuris Bezanilla

Associate Attorney

Niuris Bezanilla, Esq. is an associate attorney at South Florida Law, PLLC, where she leads the firm’s probate litigation and estate planning practice. With extensive experience in will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, estate and trust administration, and guardianship matters, Niuris brings a strategic and client-focused approach to every case.

Niuris began her legal career as a judicial intern with the Honorable Maria Korvick of the 11th Judicial Circuit’s Probate Division. Where she saw the probate process from the court’s point of view. Niuris assisted Judge Korvick with various probate and guardianship matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she was President of the Negotiation & Mediation Team and an active member of the Moot Court Board. She was recognized on the Dean’s List and received the Pro Bono Award and the Advocate Award for her mediation and negotiation skills.

Niuris is passionate about client advocacy, firm leadership, and business development. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and remains committed to expanding access to high-quality legal representation in South Florida and beyond.
