Nima Ajabshir, Esq. is a Co-Founding Partner at South Florida Law, with an emphasis in Real Estate Law.  Mr. Ajabshir’s expertise is primarily centered around the representation of real estate transactions both commercial and residential. In connection with the acquisition, financing and sale of real property and all matters that involve title insurance, contract review, and other issues related to the sale and purchase of real estate. Mr. Ajabshir has extensive experience in representing a wide variety of clients in their efforts to achieve their goals in real estate, including; drafting commercial leases, representing developers, representing sellers with seller financing transactions, and representing hard money lenders.

Mr. Ajabshir has successfully represented many foreign high-net-worth investors looking to acquire or sell their real property in the United States and has overseen and been involved in thousands of real estate transactions in his time at the firm. Mr. Ajabshir prides himself on zealously fighting for his client’s rights while understanding that the goal is to work towards getting deals done.

Mr. Ajabshir received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida State University, where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Ajabshir attended and received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.
